I had my car for two days before being told it was being recalled for a fault…..fine. All booked in. Dropped off on the Saturday so work could commence on Monday. Went to collect on Monday pm. Received a video showing what was found. Washer wiper fluid low (topped up) and coolant low (topped up) one rear tyre with cracks andlow(er) tread than the others…..recommendation for tracking to be done. Also water egress into rear light cluster requires new cluster and…….pressure hose not working so couldn’t be cleaned!! This was a week after collection!! Why/how were the fluids low and why wasn’t the tracking done before I took charge of it??
I am now waiting for a call to bring it back in for the light cluster and the tracking which means another day off work.
