My experience at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil

My experience at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil could have been better because there are a few reasons.
I was pressured into taking delivery of my purchase earlier than was arranged. I assume this was to bolster the garages monthly sales target! I was also steered into taking up a finance agreement in order to take advantage of a second years warranty. During this process, my address was wrongly entered which resulted in numerous problems. I notified the garage straight away to rectify this, was assured it was corrected, but it didn’t get corrected straight away. It has taken me 4 weeks to obtain the correct log book for the vehicle. Whilst trying to resolve my log book issue I contacted Yeovil Landrover to lat them know of my dissatisfaction. This was 11 days ago, I have not had any response which is disappointing to say the least.
We have been a loyal Landrover customer for well over 20 years, purchasing several new Range Rovers and have never had such an experience, always excellent service in the past.
In finishing, I suggest that customer care still goes a long way, even this day and age.

Vertu Land Rover Yeovil were great because Alan our Salesman was EXCELLENT he was v professional and patient! he took a long time explaining everything and was just thoroughly helpful we would definitely exchange our next car with him. We also met his Mananger who was very polite and helpful overall a brilliant service and we our very happy! thank you rangerover Yeovil!!
